We're trying not to change the channels around too much.
Channel 43 is blank at the moment on purpose, it's not in use.

Car pooling and lifts / New flights to Almeria airport

Jet2 has announced five new weekly flights to Almeria airport for next year. They are as follows:
  • Edinburgh (flights start 27/04/2017, twice a week)
  • East Midlands (flights start 02/05/2017, every Tuesday)
  • Leeds Bradford (flights start 30/04/2017, every Wednesday and Sunday)
  • Manchester (flights start 29/04/2017, every Tuesday and Saturday)
  • Newcastle (flights start 02/05/2017, every Tuesday)
Margaret also writes to tell me that: “Thomas Cook Airlines will also be flying one day a week from Newcastle to Almeria from end May to end September 2017.”
And the Almeria Airport blog says that Germania has opened three new routes to Dusseldorf, Munich and Paderborn for this summer.

We're very sorry to confirm that Joyce Wreford passed away in Huercal Overa hospital Friday midday.

Joyce was a well known figure onsite here for many years, having originally purchased a mobile home many moons ago with her husband Brian.

The golden book of remembrance
This December 17th at 6:30 pm

followed by a candlelit walk to the Garden of Remembrance

Names and thoughts of loved ones for inclusion in the Book of Remembrance should be given to Gareth with a €5 donation as soon as possible.

All monies raised from this years fundraising campaign will go to the local children's charity ASADIS in Los Gallardos.

Minced pies and Spiced wine  will be available on the evening.

All are welcome to come and remember those who cannot be with us this Christmas.

Don't forget your candle!

This Christmas, Miraflores at Camping Los Gallardos will be supporting the ASADIS charity in Los Gallardos.
 Have a look at the attached letter for information about this very local and very worthy cause.

The Rose Singers concert on the 14th is also in aid of Asadis.
