Normal periodic revulsion and rejection of the ESTABLISHMENT,  but religion, and Lolly, will always have overall control, pretty well everywhere.     Hallelujah !

come on girls, give the man a chance, not since the likes of Wilson, Thatcher, have we had anybody charismatic, if you put the four party leaders against a wall you couldn't tell them apart,.
at the end of the day all the existing lot are windy about Brussels (get it) it would be a breath of fresh air to have somebody who speaks for the common man, and could put two fingers up to Brussels
We all know the political front men are merely Muppets or puppets to the civil service grey men ,who i might add never change whoever is in the driving seat.
he may have no agenda, just a maverick who has caught the attention of the voting public, who at last might be waking up to the disastrous mess the uk is in at the moment and need a messiah to lead them out of the wilderness.
gets my vote if i could vote, in any case Brussels is only Germanys way of winning the third world war through economics this time, and it looks like they are winning.
stand up to them Farage,                 viva the revolution

Political anagrams

Labour Party = Royal pub rat

The Conservatives = Cretins have votes

Liberal Democrats = A terrible old scam

The Green Party = The energy trap

The British National Party = Inhabitants pray to Hitler

 The UKIP = Hit puke

Monster Raving Loonies = More or less innovating

I know who's getting my vote.

Well said mi amigo, at last a common man for common men methinks. We've had too many toffs in power thinking they can run the country.

Everybody is revolting, would we be better, to move to the moon, for a fresh start ?
Between the uncivil service and the Brussel hierarchy, ????
Take your pick, not that it would matter, just a thought, for an idle moment !

Thanks for your contribution to this subject Kazren, but YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS, if you are, you obviously don't keep up to date with the news of the place you live!
The problems facing the UK at the moment are horrendous, so much so I don't have time to list them all, wake up!!

Now now, it all depends on your situation. Retirement in Spain is a much more attractive proposition.
But working? Well, if it weren't for the site, I'd be straight off to the UK.
Keep the site clean! If you spot a problem somewhere, you can now file a maintenance report online using your ClubCard account: Go to www.LosGallardosLeisure.es, login with your Clubcard number and click "Report Problem"

One should NOT be nostalgic really.
BUT ! it is sometimes enlightening to have a thinkback, to times when life and living were in many ways simpler than in the so called `caring` society given as todays "System" or whatever ?
Went to school, on to a Secondary one, or to work, not much in between then.
Worked, courted, worked, married, worked ,bought house, worked, retired.
None of the Immigration, Big Co. Frauds, Government Cockups, (? Unknown to us ?) Benefits of all sorts and types, administered by myriad of clerks, in myriad of offices, over seen by myriad of ministers,  all with a finger in the pie., all supposedly stopping the myriad of fraudsters, `milking` the many systems, and failing, so that genuine needy people ca`nt get their foot in the door, except with either luck or influential help..
A look at ANY Benefit Forms which have to filled in, is a revelation, they are probably not even understood by the Etonians who devised and had `em printed, it would almost seem as though the `Tricky Dicky`s) , who have tumbled their way around these forms and are making a nice fat living, are ALMOST deserving of their ill gotten gains, for their patient perseverance....  All just a WEE bitty different  methinks !

The part of England I am in at the moment certainly isn't either a hole or in a hole whichever was meant. Businesses are thriving, pubs and restaurants packed, low unemployment, NHS working well.
I realise there are parts of the UK where it is probably different but that applies to most countries.
Spain is a lovely country still to live in but not if you are under 30 and looking for work.
If I were retired and living  in England mind you I would soon be suicidal- it hasn't stopped raining since we got here! And cold! 12 degrees max yesterday.
